Open Door opens first Federally Qualified Community Health Center in Putnam County. It was standing room only at the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on December 6th for the soon-to-be-opened Open Door Family Medical Center in Brewster which incorporates the existing practice of Dr. Jay Zaslow.
